Skyview 2008 key raffle!
For 2008, Skyview is raffling off a “wide base” Begali Graciella iambic paddle. This is one of the absolute finest code keys that money can buy. The key is constructed in a vertical layout and the moving arms have extremely low mass. All aspects of this key are adjustable, from spacing and tension to the vertical height of the engraved Mother of Pearl finger pieces. Tensioning is provided via magnets to allow very fine adjustment with the micro-treaded thumb screws. The key is plated in gold and palladium and the contacts are solid gold. At 3 1/2 pounds it will never move around on your operating table.

This key, with the optional Mother of Pearl finger pieces, and shipping to the US is worth $544.00. To make this key (Serial number 181) unique we had Piero Begali, i2RTF engrave his own name and callsign into the key! Raffle tickets will be available at most local area hamfests. We will be drawing the winning ticket on Sunday, August 24th at our 48th annual Swap N Shop held on our club grounds. Proceeds go to the Skyview remodeling fund to help keep this great club up to date and vital.

The winner of the key does not need to be present. The key will be shipped free of charge to anywhere.

The winner of the 2007 key raffle (Begali Signature) was Terry Churchfield, K3HKR of Pittsburgh. You can find Terry on the air and enjoying his new key!
These double wide, folding QSL cards show our club as a diverse and involved group of Hams. Pictures included are from contesting, satellite work, social events, teaching and more. They should provide a good QSL return and show Skyview as a first-rate Amateur Radio club and clubhouse. Enjoy the pictures and hope to work you on the air!
